1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve records for a person, perform official checks, or submit filings.

The content identifies record custodians such as the Dickinson County Sheriff, 95B District Court, 41st Circuit Court, Michigan State Police CJIC and ICHAT, and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. Michigan FOIA, MCL 15.231 et seq., governs public-body records subject to exemptions. MCL 28.242a authorizes specified ICHAT dissemination. Neither law makes this private resource an official record source.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of access, you agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or similar tools on the pages
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
• Use site content to stalk, threaten, or harass a person
• Rely on the content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use material found here or through a linked tool to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Michigan law places specific limits on misuse of Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry data. MCL 28.728c can impose criminal consequences for prohibited conduct against a listed person. Registry access is for public-safety awareness, never vigilantism or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Our advertising partners likewise do not provide tools intended to assess applicants, renters, insurance risk, or creditworthiness. You may not use information from this website or a linked tool to:

• Make a credit decision or calculate an insurance premium
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Make a hiring or termination decision
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other activity regulated by the FCRA

For an authorized official check, follow the applicable Michigan State Police CJIC fingerprint channel or use a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.
