A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company that provides the search function. That company processes the query and supplies the response. We do not keep or record those search terms on our own systems.

The published material identifies official routes for Dickinson County records, including the sheriff, 95B District and 41st Circuit courts, Michigan State Police CJIC and ICHAT, and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party criminal-history files.
